• Cleaning Services: Use the “Cleaning Request” sign to request the service.
• Packages: Guests may send packages free of charge. Unclaimed items are disposed of after check-out.
• Tax Exemption: Documentation must be provided at least 14 days prior to arrival.
• Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi available in rooms and common areas, included in the resort fee.
• Additional person charge: $20.00 per additional person on double occupancy.
• Pet policy: Pets are not allowed.

Enjoy the convenience of our Valet Parking, where we pick up and deliver your vehicle at the hotel door. This service is operated by a local company and the cost of parking is USD $40.00 per day.
If you prefer public parking, there are nearby options, including a garage at 7th and Collins Avenue, just one block from the hotel.
