Hotel Room Accessibility

We offer accessible rooms that are equipped with 1 King bed (the Colony Deluxe King Room).  We hold our accessible guest rooms for use by individuals with disabilities until all other guest rooms of that type have been rented and the accessible room requested is the only remaining room of that type. All of our accessible rooms contain the following features:

• Low bed height (26”; boxspring removed upon request for an 18” bed height)
• Lever type door handles
• TV closed captioning
• Visual alarm – free portable equipment provided by the hotel
• Service animals allowed
• Shower chair (upon request)
• Roll-in shower
• Accessible shower with grab bars
• Accessible toilet with grab bars
• Lowered bathroom vanity and sink
• Adjustable handheld shower wand
